Joey Porter gets drunk, drives, fights cops

Joey Porter was arrested early Saturday in a Taco Bell parking lot on suspicion of drunken driving, battery on a police officer and resisting arrest. How convenient for the Cardinals, because they just coughed up $17.5 million for Porter over the span of a 3-year deal.
According to NBC,
Porter refused to hand over his driver’s license in a fast-food parking lot and began rolling up his car window. The assault charge seems to stem from Porter slapping an officer’s hand as it was coming through the partially open window. Porter eventually cooperated with officers, though it was too late to undo the damage. Considering his history of assaulting Levi Jones, Porter could be up for suspension this time around. The Dolphins have to be feeling pretty good about dumping him.
Reading this makes me laugh, because Joey Porter reminds me of…well, myself. He likes to get shit-faced drunk and go to Taco Bell. Me too, Joey. We have a lot more in common than I thought!
